Itinerary
Day 1: Embarkation on the Sailing Dutchman
We will welcome you with a refreshing cocktail at 5 – 6 pm on board of Akua Aminata. The skipper will introduce the sailing itinerary, safety rules, and the living arrangements on the catamaran. Then we will do some shopping for the next few days and go together to marina for dinner.
Day 2: Lanzarote (Marina Lanzarote) > La Graciosa (Caleta del Sobo)
Today is the first day of our sailing adventure, during which we will “feel” the yacht and get to know each other as well as admire Lanzarote’s powerful and enigmatic landscapes which often give travelers the feeling of being on another planet.
Our destination is La Graciosa, unspoiled island famous of turquoise water beaches.
Day 3: La Graciosa (Caleta del Sebo) > Lanzarote (Arrieta)
Today we will do a sailing tour around the island, admiring stunning sandy beaches and the most laid-back vibe in the Canaries. After the lunch we will set sail towards Lanzarotte and spend night in Arrieta
Day 4: Lanzarote: Arrieta > Puerto Calero
Today we will sail to Puerto Calero and for those who are interested in exploring the island we will offer optional tour during which we visit Timanfaya National Park with volcanos known as the Fire Mountains, the emerald green lake amidst the black beach – Charco de los Clicos, colourful salt fields – Salinas de Janubio and Jardin de Cactus, a collection of around 4.500 specimens of cactus.
Day 5: Lanzarote (Puerto Calero) > Fuerteventura (Corralejo)
It is time to hop to another island – Fuerteventura, often called “The beach of the Canary islands”. It is the oldest and longest of the Canary islands, located approximately 100km off the coast of Marocco. Its coastline stretches about 340km and consists mostly of sandy beaches. We will anchor in Corralejo, one of the most tourist spots on the islands.
Day 6: Fuerteventura: Corralejo > Puerto Rosario
For those who want to get to know Fuerteventura better, we will organize an optional tour during which we will visit: Ajuy – a fishing town that will captivate you with a colorful houses and beautiful beach with black sand; Tiscamanita, to learn about the history and functioning of local mills where a local specialty called ‘gofio’ is produced and the Corralejo Natural Park, a nature reserve covering an area of huge sand dunes stretching for about 10 km.
Those who prefer to stay on the catamaran, will have the opportunity to admire Fuerteventura coastline during the cruise from Corralejo to Puerto Rosario.
Day 7: Fuerteventura (Puerto Rosario) > Lanzarote (Marina Rubicon)
It’s time to get back to Lanzarote. We will anchor in Marina Rubicon – one of the most famous and beautiful marinas in the Canary Islands. Located in Playa Blanca, at the foot of the impressive volcanic landscape gives this marina a breathtaking ambience.
Day 8: Disembarkation
Disembarkation from the catamaran is around 10am so you will have plenty of time to go to the airport and catch your flight back home.

Food and Drinks on board
We will get groceries for breakfast and lunch trying to take individual wishes and preferences into account as much as possible. Meals on board are prepared by the guests.
If desired, guests can cook on board in the evening, but experience has shown that usually guests want to enjoy dinner ashore in one of the cozy restaurant or tavern.
