March 10 – 17, 2025 (8 days)
We are inviting you for 8 days islands hopping.
During this skippered sailing holidays in the Caribbean we will explore Anguilla, renowed as the culinary capital of the Caribbean, Tintamare – an uninhabited island, part of St Marin’s natural reserve that offers a wide range of biodiversity and species that constitute an amazing discovery of nature, St Barts – prestigious Caribbean jewel, St.Eustatius – the historic gem of Caribbean and St Martin – two cultures in one island: a quiet French part and an entertaining Dutch.
We will welcome you with a refreshing cocktail at 5 – 6 pm on board of Akua Aminata. The skipper will introduce the sailing itinerary, safety rules, and the living arrangements on the catamaran. Then we will do some shopping for the next few days and go together for dinner in the marina.
Our today destination is Anguilla, culinary capital of the Caribbean, blending West Indian, African, French and British cooking traditions. We will enjoy snorkelling in Shoal Bay looking for stingrays, swarms of fish and in the evening we will go Sharky’s which is the top of everyone’s “Best Anguilla Restaurant’s” list
Sailing back to St Martin, we will anchor at the Tintamare island, a magnificent green heaven of peace in the middle of the ocean.
Lazy sailing along the coast of St Martin. We will anchor near Philipsburg – the capital of St Martin. There will be enough time to take Philipsburg Mural Walk and visit Yoda Guy Movie Museum – a Star Wars fan’s dream, winner of TripAdvisor’s “Traveler’s Choice Best of the Best” Award rated “top 1% worldwide.
It is time to leave St Martin and sail towards legendary St Barts – destination of choice for the world’s most influential individuals. As Charles Baudelaire said “there, everything is order and beauty, luxury, calm and voluptuousness”.
After breakfast, we will head towards St. Eustatius, a small Dutch Caribbean island measuring approximately 21 km² and inhabited by around 3,000 people. You will not find white sandy beaches here, which protects it from mass tourism, but it is one of the most favorite destinations for avid divers looking for shipwrecks to explore as it boasts one of the most spectacular underwater marine parks in the world.
Disembarkation from the catamaran is around 10am so you will have plenty of time to go to the airport and catch your flight back home.
